SPOTTED: Taste Track BURGERS AND FRIES Booth in Epcot!

HOORAY!! We’re one huge step closer to a new burgers-and-fries spot in Epcot…

… because we just spotted the new Taste Track Burgers and Fries booth popping up in Future World!

Now, technically, the Taste Track booth itself isn’t new. You may recall this ever-changing spot having served everything from an array of over-the-top ice cream sundaes and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches to more recently becoming a seasonal Festival Food Booth (making its Festival debut during the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival).

But those changes all took place simply under the name “Taste Track” (in honor of the kiosk’s close proximity to the popular Test Track ride). Now, under the moniker Taste Track Burgers and Fries, it’s listed in the current Epcot Times Guide as “Coming Soon!”

When we first learned about this updated spot, it was also by way of a Times Guide… You see, right after the Epcot Festival of the Arts kicked off for this year, Taste Track Burgers and Fries received a mention in the Times Guide noting that the new booth would be available “as Electric Umbrella closes for the transformation of Epcot.”

Since the closure of Liberty Inn to make way for the also-soon-to-open Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue in The American Adventure Pavilion, Electric Umbrella has been pretty much THE place in Epcot to grab a counter service burger.

So parents who will be traveling soon with kiddos who may not be as wowed by Epcot’s impressive options for international cuisine will want to take note of this upcoming location. No opening date is listed; but again, Taste Track Burgers and Fries is indeed “Coming Soon,” and we’ll be keeping you posted!
