February is here and that means it’s time for new monthly specialty items in Downtown Disney!

While we’ve already given you the inside scoop on the February Flavors at Sprinkles (we’ve been eyeing that Bananas Foster Cupcake), this month is about to get A LOT better with a new burger!

You might want to head over to the UVA Bar ’cause the Holy Mole Burger will be around for the month of February only!

The burger is piled high with spice and citrus-marinated Angus beef, fiesta slaw, avocado aioli, Asadero cheese, house-made mole sauce, and tortilla chips. Annnd, it even comes with a side of garlic fries!

Holy Mole is about right!! The February Burger of the Month sounds amazing (we’re practically on our way out the door to get it). Now, we just have to decide if we want it for lunch or dinner or BOTH!
