Little did we realize when City Works Eatery and Pour House in Disney Springs opened (which is later THIS afternoon!), we’d get the chance to dine with music royalty!
Well, sorta…you’ll see what we mean in a sec! While we were expecting this new ultimate sports bar in Disney World to serve American-style eats with a twist — we WEREN’T thinking along the lines of Twisted Sister — until now!
City Works standard menu offerings include BBQ Smoked Ribs, Burgers, Tacos and Bar Bites to list off just a few — all with pretty vanilla-sounding names…
But on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 PM City Works is turning the dial-up all the way to 11 for their Rock N Roll Brunch! Here’ where you can hobnob and brush shoulders with some Rock gods in ways like you’ve never seen them before! Take, for instance, Jon Bun Jovi, a warm jumbo cinnamon roll with vanilla icing! After all, Jon Bon Jovi is one totally sweet dude! We seriously can’t wait to try this thing out. We only hope it looks as cool as it sounds!!
We wouldn’t mind crossing paths with the Johhny Hash either! This ballad to the “Man in Black” features a braised short rib with red and green peppers, onions, potatoes, jalapeño salsa verde, and sunny side up eggs! It sounds like this dish has the potential to be a “Burning Ring of Fire” depending on how spicy that salsa is!
No Rock N Roll Brunch menu would be complete without paying homage to The Boss! Live out your best “Glory Days” with this 8 oz. New York strip steak, cheesy potato casserole, and your choice of eggs!
If you’re not into music-themed menu monikers, City Works also serves a standard breakfast menu that’s available all day long! You’ll find Breakfast Tacos, Steak & Eggs, and Avocado Toast. We’ll be at City Works this afternoon when the restaurant officially opens! Stay tuned for our full review — coming soon!
City Works is now accepting reservations through OpenTable. You can snag yourself a seat to try all these rockin’ new eats — here!
