We’re getting our snackin’ and sippin’ on at the 2020 Epcot Festival of the Arts!
And, while we’ve been loving the eats and treats at places like Decadent Delights and the Refreshment Port, we’re taking you with us to try a culinary masterpiece in the World Showcase!
We’re traveling to the Canada Pavilion ’cause The Masterpiece Kitchen is serving up new and returning favorites for this year’s festival!
While you can indulge in something savory with the returning Wild Mushroom Risotto with Aged Parmesan, Truffle Shavings, and Zinfandel Reduction ($9.25)…
…or the Charcuterie Palette with Artisan Cured Meats (like Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Beef) and Cheeses ($14)…
…you can also try the Smoked Salmon and Cream Gâteau with Egg Yolk Cream, Paddlefish Caviar, and Micro-herbs that’s new to the booth this year for $7!
If you’re a seafood lover, this might be one of your favorite things to get at the Festival of the Arts this year! The Cream Gâteau is smooth and wonderfully seasoned, which combines perfectly with the almost buttery Salmon! Plus, the light bit of salt from the Caviar balances the whole thing (and we can’t get enough of it).
And, just in case you were still hungry, you can take a bite of the Vanilla, Rose Water, and Pistachio Panna Cotta ($8) that’s back again with its lightly sweet flavors! But, while last year’s version looked like a pink version of the Blueberry Cheesecake from Satu’li Canteen…
…this year’s ACTUALLY looks like a rose! Um, how can a treat be this adorable?!
We were SO happy to see this dessert back again since its incredibly light and creamy! The rose flavor comes through to add a hint of a floral taste to the otherwise sweet Panna Cotta. We could definitely have three more tbh!
(Plus, it’s just TOO pretty to pass up!)
You can check out the rest of the food booths and menus for the Festival of the Arts here!
You can keep up with us as we give you all the festival deets LIVE from the Epcot Festival of the Arts all day long!

I’m noticing a lot of the items do not count as snacks on the dining plan… bummer. We’re going February 1-10.
