The opening of Disney’s Riviera Resort is ALMOST HERE!

With less than a month to go until opening, we’re starting to get more and more details coming out Disney’s newest resort. From the food we can expect to eat, to the beautiful mosaic designs, to the hotel rooms, every preview has made us more and more excited for the grand opening! Today, Disney released a new detail that has us all kinds of anxious for the Riviera Resort’s debut! Disney gave us our first look at the Cast Member costumes for the resort and WOW! The Riviera-inspired aesthetics are really coming through in the bright colors and style of these costumes.

To debut the new looks, there was actually a Cast Member runway fashion show at the resort! How fun! We love the blue caps that will be styled at the resort’s quick-service trattoria, Primo Piatto!

According to Disney, the “costume designs were inspired by the landscapes, colors, and art of the European Riviera”. We really see that in the style here – the pop of blue and orange is gorgeous and so stylish!

That same pattern and color design can also be seen in the men’s ties and pocket squares. We’re DYING over that beautiful orange flower on his lapel!! Disney described the ensembles a “stylish and sophisticated and contemporary to today’s Mediterranean Riviera”, and we couldn’t agree more.
