There’s a lot of peppermint treats in Disney World this year! We’re still dreaming about that Peppermint Bubble Waffle in Disney Springs and the Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwich in Animal Kingdom. And y’all there’s ANOTHER peppermint treat chillin’ in Animal Kingdom. Join us at Trilo-Bites in Dinoland U. S. A. to give their new Peppermint Cookies and Cream Milkshake a try!

We love peppermint, and who doesn’t love cookies and cream?? So we were pretty psyched to get our hands on this new treat. What we found was that this is pretty much the Oreo Milkshake that replaced one of our all-time fav boozy Smokey Bones shake a few months back. All Disney did was add a few crushed peppermint pieces and a mini candy cane to the top.

Overall, this shake was tasty but it’s still a little underwhelming. The peppermint flavor is SUPER understated, in fact, we think all of the peppermint may have been in the topping. We would’ve liked to see a little more peppermint in the shake itself too! But maybe mixing it up a bit with your straw would help that out some?! Try that out and let us know your thoughts.

If you’re a cookies and cream-lover, go for it! But if you’re looking for something a little more pepperminty you’ve gotta try the Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwich, the Peppermint Bark Churro, or the Peppermint Soft-Serve.
