Cheers to the New Year with This Four-Course Meal at Narcoossee's in Disney World!

We’re talkin’ about all things Thanksgiving and Christmas in Disney World, but there’s another holiday just around the corner!

New Year’s Eve Fireworks

That’s right — New Year’s is coming up soon (2020, let’s goooo)! And, while we’ve given you a look at the celebrations happening at the Contemporary Resort, Riviera Resort, and Disney’s BoardWalk, there’s another spot partying it up!

Even though we’ve already told ya that Narcoossee’s is hosting A New Year’s Eve Celebration at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, now we’ve got a sneak peek at the menu for the event!

The New Year’s Eve Dinner Offering available on December 30th and December 31st comes with FOUR courses (!!!) that guests will be able to enjoy.

Your Table Awaits…

You can share the delicious Amuse Bouche made with cauliflower panna cotta, crème fraîche, chives, and caviar egg!

Bread Service

The meal will start with a choice of Narcoossee’s Lobster Bisque, the Chestnut Soup with chives, shiitake mushrooms, and whipped cream, or the Terrine of ham hock, mackerel, pickled shallot, cornichon, and mustard foam.

Onion Soup

You can follow that up with your second course with either the Wagyu Beef Tartare with black truffle, cured egg yolk, shaved beet chips, micro green salad, and oxtail jus, the Baked Oysters Bienville with panko, herbs, and Bienville gratin sauce, or the Key West Shrimp and Crab Salad made with celery leaf salad, celery nage, radish, and champagne veil.

Dig into your incredible entrèe for the evening with the Grilled Filet of Beef and Butter-Poached Lobster with béarnaise sauce, cabernet reduction, and a winter vegetable tart, the Pan-Seared Georges Banks Scallops served with roasted pork belly, braised dandelion greens, and sweet potato purée, or the Crawfish and Veal Blanquette with butternut squash, porcini mushrooms, and black truffle bavarois.

Plus, at the end of the meal, there will be dessert creations for everyone in your party to enjoy! (We wonder what they’ll be!!)
