…our sight (and fangs) were set on the Bat Caramel Cream Puff flying into the bakery! While the soft cream puff isn’t new, the chocolate bat wings and edible purple glitter sprinkled on top are giving it a Halloween makeover!

Since the dessert was kept in the cooler, the cream puff was nice and chilly. After one bite, the pastry melted in our mouths along with the sugar on top.

Although the caramel flavor in the cream wasn’t very strong, the custard was light and airy instead. The chocolate wings added a nice crunch and that bonus chocolate-caramel flavor to tie it all together.
