Because the NEW Dole Whip Cocktail we told you about earlier today? It’s around for THIS WEEK ONLY!

Listed as the Cognac Colada on the menu, this Dole Whip Cocktail is made with Hennessy Black, Dole Whip Pineapple, Coconut, Espresso, and Banana — sounds intriguing, right? Some of these ingredients piqued our interests for sure — coconut, espresso???

But this is easily one of our new fave of the Dole Whip drinks we’ve had at a Wine Bar George!

The espresso flavor is nice and strong! We thought it needed a strong coffee punch to balance out the sweet fruit flavors of the banana and pineapple. Meanwhile, the Hennessy wasn’t as sweet as the booze Wine Bar George typically uses in these spiked Dole Whip drinks, so if you like a cocktail that is bold, but not too sweet, you’ll want to try this!
