While we can only imagine why he’s out on the road with his two buddies, Ezra and Gus, Professor Phineas Plump has a top hat full of fashion and a suitcase full of remedies. Maybe he can even cure our hunger with all The Haunted Mansion Anniversary eats and treats in Disneyland?

In honor of the celebration, we’ve tried The Ghost Mariner’s Seafood Boil, The Caretaker sandwich, and more! Now, Professor Phineas Plump’s Cure-All Fritters are treating our tastebuds at the Royal Street Veranda!

The crunchy pimento cheese fritters can be dipped in a spicy ghost pepper ranch for $5.49.

You know we love cheese, and the pimento inside these fritters doesn’t disappoint. The tiny bits of pepper scattered throughout add a nice kick. Although the ghost pepper ranch isn’t as hot as we expected, the dip was very flavorful and served as an excellent finish. These are an easy snack to share with others (one for each of your own Hitchhiking friends) for the price!

We definitely recommend eating these while sipping on the Pickwick Ghost Punch also on Royal Street Veranda’s menu!
