Ready for an out-of-this-world experience?? We’ve tried a fun new secret menu cocktail that we had to share!

Purple Galaxy Cocktail

And this one is WAY more fun than you’d expect!

The Purple Galaxy Cocktail is a super-secret drink at Catal, located in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District. The violet-hued drink consists of vodka, housemade limeade, and butterfly pea flower tea. Our bartender decided to get a little bit creative and added two kiwi wedges as Mickey ear garnish, but we’ve heard of others getting limes or lemons instead!

If that doesn’t sound fantastic enough, dry ice used in the drink causes smoke and bubbles to pour out before your eyes!

It does remind us a bit of the special effects drinks you can get in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, and Disney California Adventure’s Lamplight Lounge, but the glasses used aren’t the same.

Overall, the vodka and lemonade were the only two components we tasted in the drink, so it’s not earth-shattering as far as flavors. But maybe the fun quotient will make up for it for you!
