The Mother’s Day Hydrangea Cupcake is certainly eye-catching, covered with icing made to look like flowers and chocolate crispy pearls. We thought that the chocolate cupcake was really good, and the vanilla center is so thick it almost reminded us of cheesecake (though not quite). There is a burst of raspberry with a touch of Chambord in the icing that is a lovely finishing touch.
