It’s party time at Disney’s Hollywood Studios where the 30th anniversary celebration is still going strong. Over at Catalina Eddie’s on Sunset Boulevard, guests can celebrate with the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Verrine!

This dessert is one of four 30th Anniversary Verrines that guests can tuck into during this limited-time celebration.

The others are a Tres Leches Verrine, a Raspberry Mousse Verrine, and a Key Lime Pie Verrine. This one strikes a delicious balance between sweet and tart, thanks to fresh blueberries, creamy cheesecake, and tart lemon custard!

The layered dessert is heavy on the cheesecake — but it totally works because the lemon custard is bright and tart, providing a hint of a pucker!

The base is made of fresh blueberries (no graham cracker crust here), and subsequent layers are cheesecake, lemon custard, cheesecake, and (beneath the 30th anniversary square) a little more lemon!

Garnishes include that white chocolate 30th piece featuring a smiling Minnie and Mickey, some crispy pearls, and more fresh blueberries!
