The Spring Gin & Tonic Festival Is On at Jaleo in Disney Springs

by Chef José Andrés has made quite a splash in the Disney Springs dining scene since it opened just last month. And now the restaurant is welcoming guests to experience the Spring Gin & Tonic Festival taking place now through April 28th!

The Jaleo website shares that Gin & Tonic is Spain’s national cocktail, “and it’s no surprise since the light and effervescent beverage pairs perfectly with tapas and paella.”

The Disney Springs location (along with the three D.C.-area locations) is celebrating the Festival with “timeless recipes and new interpretations” of Gin & Tonic.

In Disney Springs, Jaleo is putting the spotlight on Chef José Andrés’ Ultimate Gin & Tonic made with Hendrick’s Gin, Fever Tree Indian Tonic, lemon verbena, juniper, lemon, and lime which is available for a special price through the 28th.
