We spotted a NEW Scooter Pie at the BoardWalk Bakery in Walt Disney World, and it’s part of the Briar Rose Gold collection!

From Briar Rose Gold treats to the new Briar Rose Gold merchandise collection, it’s getting a little pink around here. So it’s time to start diving in, and…well…this one just wasn’t what we expected… .

We were so excited to sink our teeth into this sweet treat. The Scooter Pie is topped with the perfect Briar Rose Gold white chocolate bow and some candied pearls. But sadly…the Scooter Pie let us down during the taste test.

This one is made up of two sugar cookies and is filled with what we were told was pink marshmallow fluff. The first bite gave us the fluff consistency we were expecting. BUT, the fluff taste was soon taken over by an overwhelming sugary taste, which made us believe that the filling is actually frosting. After a second, we sort of tasted a hint of strawberries.

We were really hoping to love this one…but this Scooter Pie just didn’t cut it. The sugar cookies were pretty hard–with more of a vanilla wafer consistency. The strange marshmallow fluff/frosting like mystery filling left a film in our mouths. So…yuck.
