The Animal Kingdom is celebrating the arrival of the Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party, but that isn’t all that’s going on here!
We spotted a new photo op, some new food options, and new merchandise on our latest visit to Animal Kingdom.
Now we know what that construction wall was hiding next to Island Mercantile! In addition to being a part of the Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party you can find some Lion King characters Simba, Timon, and Pumba on Discovery Island ready for the perfect picture with you and your family or friends!
The Dawa Bar in Africa is helping you keep warm on “chilly” Florida days. You can choose from hot Mulled Wine or African Coffee here. African Coffee is also available at Tamu Tamu, but at Dawa Bar you can choose from a broader selection of liquors to make your coffee a spiked coffee.
If you’re looking for an ice-cold snack instead of Dawa Bar’s hot drinks, you can now get Chocolate, Vanilla, or Twist Flavored Soft-Serve Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone as well as Ice Cream Floats with your choice of fountain drink at Trilo-Bites in Dinoland.
We seem to be finding additions to the D-lish line every time we visit a store! We spotted a new Disney Snack Slap Bracelet on this park visit.
You gotta read this quote! “I’m just here for the snacks.” — Me! Love it!
