It’s time to Get Your Ears On at Disneyland Resort, and as part of the celebration of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, the parks are also offering some Valentine’s Day treats inspired by the sweetest mouse we know: Minnie!

At Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland’s Frontierland, the Minnie-Inspired Sundae features espresso chip gelato (must be how she’s so energetic all the time!), cherry compote, Oreo cookies, and a chocolate-dusted churro!

The cherry compote is the star here, and it works surprisingly well with the espresso chip ice cream. The Oreo ears are classic, and we can appreciate a bonus churro… even though it’s kind of out of place here.

And don’t think that polka dotted dessert cup was lost on us! It’s a Minnie-rific way to serve up such a sweet treat!
