We’re celebrating 90 years with Mickey Mouse
at the parks of Walt Disney World this weekend, and what that means is lots, and lots, and lots of cake! Animal Kingdom Lodge’s quick service spot The Mara (home of our beloved Peanut Butter Brownie) is joining the party is a Happy Birthday Mickey Gateau that is way more than just a cake.

That’s because this cake is topped with a dome of smooth chocolate mousse! Naturally that dome has ears and a tail to celebrate the mighty Mouse. Additional decorations include dollops of bright white buttercream, loads of colorful sprinkles, and a happy birthday (edible) banner!

And the cake itself is delightful: soft, packed with chocolate chips, and truly lovely to eat! Seriously, this cake is a celebration — and large enough to share! All the components — including the abundant buttercream — do make it quite sweet, so bring along your sweet tooth!
