This is one tasty and unusual dog — just as it should be for Halloween, right? An all-beef hot dog is topped with spicy meatballs, cheese sauce, and oven -roasted tomatoes! Aside from the meat-on-meat, it’s those oven-roasted tomatoes that pack the most punch and visual interest.
