Yes, the creative chefs at Disney Springs’ The Edison have done it again with a unique blend of meats creating a distinctive burger.
The August Burger of the Month is The Brat Burger. The Brat Burger starts with The Edison’s signature blend of sirloin, short rib, brisket, and smoked bacon. THEN, they add juicy links of Unibroue beer-braised bratwurst, sauteed onions, and a spread of spicy mustard 24.

Now, if you’re wondering which drink would be the perfect pairing with your Brat Burger try the Weinhenstephan Hefeweissbier, a German wheat beer that will accompany the Brat Burger flavors in true German fashion. If a cocktail is more your speed, then The Edison recommends the Sin-namon Spiced Apple (see what they did with name there?). This blends the “dangerously delicious” flavors of apple and vanilla to end the summer with “sin“. The cocktail is a mixture of Redemption Rye, apple cider, Captain Morgan, vanilla extract and apple bitters.
