The event is a blind tasting of six wines presenting an opportunity to learn to taste wine like a Master Sommelier! “What’s a blind tasting?” you may ask. The identities of the wines you taste will be kept a secret until the end of the tasting. This method is used regularly by sommeliers to insure impartiality while evaluating a wine.
