A truly unique hotel features a first-of-its-kind in-park entrance for Universal Orlando Resort’s new theme park, Epic Universe. Welcome to Universal Helios Grand Hotel!
This brand new Loews Hotel is NOW OPEN as of April 16, 2025.
Universal Helios Grand Hotel provides a seamless hotel-to-park experience for guests! Team members at Helios refer to it as the “Crown Jewel” of Epic Universe’s Celestial Park.
This hotel is heavily influenced by the Mediterranean culture and decor, similar to what guests will find in the lush gardens and scenic waters of Celestial Park at Epic Universe.
Universal’s creative team worked alongside Loews Hotels to create a unique atmosphere for this hotel to blend “immersion and relaxation” boasting features including relaxing sleeping accommodations in 500 rooms and 35 suites, family-friendly entertainment, great dining options at diverse restaurants, a rooftop bar with terrific views, and as previously mentioned, the inclusion of the hotel’s own dedicated entrance directly into Celestial Park, the hub of Epic Universe.
Universal shares the following about this one-of-a-kind Resort: “Step into a sunlit sanctuary, where light, life and laughter abound. Rising above the waters of Celestial Park at Universal Epic Universe, Universal Helios Grand Hotel is a majestic escape, where relaxation comes naturally. Beautiful details of celestial patterns and constellations adorn the hotel with a casual, elegant Mediterranean-inspired feel throughout.”
Helios Grand Hotel Atmosphere
As soon as you step through the doors, Universal’s Helios Grand Hotel aims to transport guests to a fantastical world within the palace of Helios, the Greek god of the sun, with an elegant-yet-casual Mediterranean design.
For instance, the lobby features floor-to-ceiling windows while offering guests a magnificent view of Celestial Park in Epic Universe.
