We finally have good news about construction at Disney World — one construction project has officially been completed.
Over at Disney’s Port Orleans — French Quarter, the lobby was going under refurbishment, and we’re loving the new updates.
Recently, we said goodbye to a classic Hollywood Studios attraction.
Muppet*Vision 3D and all of Muppets Courtyard closed earlier this year to make way for a new Monsters, Inc.-themed Land. Lots of fans showed up to bid goodbye to the iconic show and the other offerings in the area, but now we’ve got a new wave of sadness as construction begins. The Muppet*Vision sign has been covered up!
Lots of Disney World hotels are changing.
A new Disney Vacation Club villas area is being built at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, changes may start hitting other hotels based on permits we’ve seen filed, and lots of updates are happening at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. But another hotel change has been announced and it’s one that might not make you all that happy.
If you haven’t been to EPCOT in a while, then you might be surprised by some of the big changes in the park!
In the past few years, EPCOT has added two new rides, multiple new restaurants, a new gift shop, and a reimagined Club Cool. But there’s so much more to come! The middle of the park is currently under construction as they add more new attractions and offerings, and we’re sharing an updated look at the construction progress.
