Star Sui Bao is a spot to grab a steamed bun snack in Celestial Park at Universal’s Epic Universe!

Star Sui Bao is a Quick Service eatery located right by one of the park’s star attractions (Ha!), Stardust Racers!

The menu may be small, but it’s packed with unique offerings including a Kimchi Bao, the Celestial Steamed Bun, and even the Ttedkbokki Skewer made with a grilled hot dog separated by chewy rice cakes then wrapped in griddled cheese. Dumplings are also up for grabs.

• Kimchi Bao — crispy chicken tossed in a kimchi honey with a scallion yuzu aioli and kimchi slaw
• Pork Soup Dumplings — seasoned ground pork with black vinegar dipping sauce
• Celestial Steamed Bun — a vegetable blend bun with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and vegetarian oyster sauce
• Ttedkbokki Skewer — grilled hotdog and rice cake wrapped in a cheese crust with yuzu aioli, Japanese bbq sauce and scallions
