Honored guests are served Beef Rendang in Singapore – it’s spicy, so don’t say that I didn’t warn you. Of course, you can always cool off with a Singapore Sling created by the Raffles Hotel Singapore in the early 20th century. Last year, the pours weren’t as potent as they were in 2010, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing – you can now stay conscious for the rest of your Festival tour!
