Brews & Bites

Just a heads up about the Brews & Bites Festive Foods Marketplace (or Food Booth, as the Marketplaces are better known)… There’s only one “Bite” on the menu: the returning Chorizo Queso Fundido!

You can pair it with one — or more — of several Brews. We’ll get into the specifics below, but you can order a full-size beer or try an assortment of all four options with the Festive Beer Flight. Cookies and Cream Hazelnut Hot Cocoa is a non-alcoholic option, and the Irish Hot Cocoa Cocktail is also up for grabs.

Favorite Things

Let’s see… how does that song go? Oh, yeah! “Brown paper packages tied up with string… These are a few of my Favorite Things!” Well, I guess a few Festival dishes really have become Favorite Things, because both the Braised Pork Belly Adobo and the seriously adorable Sticky Toffee Pudding Macaron have returned for this year!

For beverages, the returning Guava Melon Lassi is joined by the new Winter Citrus New York Sour.

Grandma’s Recipes

Wondering what grandma is cooking up for the holidays at Grandma’s Recipes? The Barbacoa Tamal de Res and the Cookie Dough Yule Log both return from last year, along with the returning Café de Olla Cold Brew.

New for 2025 is a boozy Café de Olla Carajillo Cocktail.

Holiday Duets

Holiday Duets is back at the Disney California Adventure Festival of Holidays again this year, and if you’re a fan of mac and cheese, this is the booth you NEED to visit! Mac and cheese is on the menu at Holiday Duets again this year! The Savory Kugel Mac & Cheese is back for 2025 and is joined by the new Al Pastor Mac & Cheese. If you can’t decide which to choose, you can get The Holiday Duet, featuring half portions of both mac and cheese dishes.

If you’re a beer drinker, this is where you’ll find a collection of four new beers — all available in a Holiday Hops Flight.

Merry Mashups

Returning to Merry Mashups this year is the Holiday Mash Bowl filled with chicken, cheddar mashed potatoes, and turkey gravy with cranberry stuffing crunch, and new for this year is a Holiday M&M’S Éclair filled with milk chocolate mousse and topped with whipped ganache and M&M’S Milk Chocolate Minis.

Two new drinks are on the menu this year: a non-boozy Tropical Holiday Punch made with pineapple, orange and lemon juices, blue raspberry syrup, and coconut purée garnished with a blue raspberry gummy candy, and a boozy Blue Tropical Cocktail made with rum, pineapple, orange and lemon juices, blue raspberry syrup, and coconut purée garnished with a blue sugar-coated pineapple wheel and a dark rum float. Rounding out this year’s drinks is the returning Berry Pomegranate Paloma.

A Twist on Tradition

Wondering just what you can eat at A Twist on Tradition booth? New for 2025 is a Holiday Turkey Leg with cranberry sauce. Returning to the Festival is a Beef Brisket Slider with smoked onions and horseradish ketchup on a pretzel roll.

Drinks with a twist this year are a Salted Caramel Brownie White Russian and a Cranberry Christmas Mule.
