Nova Bar is NOW OPEN at Universal Orlando’s Stella Nova Resort Hotel, where you can enjoy a specialty cocktail right in the Stella Nova lobby!

Universal shares that “using enclosed smoke vessels to infuse intriguing flavor profiles into the cocktails, Nova Bar creates craft drinks instilled with various smoky elements for a uniquely delicious experience.”

Space-themed cocktails include the Super Nova (whiskey, cherry-infused Campari, served smoked over a large ice cube) and The Nebula (Mezcal shaken with strawberry-rose syrup and topped with tonic and soda). There are also plenty of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks available to choose from.
