Grab a drink as you relax under the sun! That said, Lotus Lagoon isn’t just a pool bar — you can order from quite a large dining menu here, too, featuring appetizers, salads, handhelds, and specialty entrees

Lotus Lagoon is a full-service bar also serving beer, seltzers, and wine. Or you may opt for a crafted cocktail like the Padova Paloma or The Lotus Blossom, or a classic beach drink like a Mango Mai Tai. The Prosecco Popsicle is two treats in one, with prosecco and a La Palette gourmet popsicle dipped right in!

You can place your order in the open-air eatery or from your poolside chair.

• Prosecco Popsicle — Lunetta Prosecco and a La Palette Gourmet Popsicle with your choice of flavors, including mango, strawberry, pineapple, raspberry basil, wild berry, and more

• Wild Berry Sour — Grey Goose Vodka, lemon sour, passion fruit, blackberries, and club soda

• Chips and Dip — smashed avocado, Aleppo pepper, sunflower seeds, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, served with pita chips

• The Goddess Burger — a double black angus beef patty, herb mayo, cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, tomato, bibb lettuce, and bacon
