Here you’ll find information for the Culinary Demonstrations for the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival.

Receive step-by-step instructions for a recipe, technique, or working with a specific ingredient from the pros! Local, visiting, and Disneyland Resort chefs present these FREE hour-long lessons on Saturdays and Sundays at 3:30PM and 5PM at the Hollywood Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land. No reservation is required.

PLEASE NOTE — Disney provides the following information regarding the Culinary Demonstrations:

“Valid Disney California Adventure park ticket or Magic Key pass and park reservation required for park entry. Park reservations are limited, subject to availability and not guaranteed.
