Welcome to Canada and enjoy one of my fave pavilions! On the menu is the famed cheddar cheese soup and maple-glazed salmon. I highly recommend one of my favorite items from Le Cellier Steakhouse – the sausage with sweet corn polenta. It was one of the best items at the festival last year!
