Decorate your very own culinary masterpiece — in the form of a Signature Mickey Dome Cake — under the instruction of the talented Pastry Chefs at Amorette’s Patisserie!

The Cake Decorating Experience at Amorette’s Patisserie is a hands-on class where guests walk away with a Signature Mickey Dome or Amorette’s Choice Dome Cake* that they have personally decorated. The 90-minute small group session allows for interaction and conversation with the Pastry Chefs. The entire experience takes place in Amorette’s Show Kitchen before the shop’s opening, and includes beverage refreshments (with alcoholic options such as mimosas and Bellinis for guests 21-and-over).
*Note that as of late April 2026, this experience will only be offered three days per week. The schedule for Character Cakes is as follows:
- Fridays – Amorette’s Choice Dome Cake
- Saturdays – Mickey Mouse
- Sundays – Mickey Mouse
Flavors of the Mickey Mouse Dome Cake are Chocolate Chiffon Cake, Milk Chocolate Mousse, and Orange Pate De Fruit Jelly. Though featured characters will vary, flavors of the Amorette’s Choice Dome Cake are Lemon Chiffon Cake, White Chocolate Mousse, and Strawberry Pate De Fruit Jelly.

Small group instruction from the Pastry Chefs at Amorette’s Patisserie, resulting in the decoration of a Mickey or Character Dome Cake, which guests take with them at the end of the class*. The experience also includes beverages to enjoy during the class (with alcoholic options for guests 21-and-over) and a take-home keepsake.
*Amorette’s Patisserie can also hold the cake if participants wish to pick it up later that day.

$199.00 (plus tax) covers up to two guests decorating one cake; A second cake may be requested up to 48 hours before your class reservation by calling (407) 934-3500 and costs $50.00 (plus tax).
Additional Information
- Guests must be at least 5 years old to participate.
- The price covers up to two guests decorating one cake. A group larger than two will need to make an additional reservation.
- Guests staying at a Disney Resort may check with their Resort Concierge for transportation options to Disney Springs. Parking opens at the Orange Garage and the Lime Garage (which is the closest to Amorette’s of the two) at 9AM.
- Guests may arrange to pick up their completed cake later in the day.
- Guests must cancel at least 24 hours before the class to avoid a full charge for the experience.
- Discounts do not apply to this experience.
