Bar Helios is the rooftop lounge at Universal Orlando’s Helios Grand Hotel!

Bar Helios is a stunning rooftop lounge serving up handcrafted specialty cocktails. Pub grub like burgers and sliders are served as well as salads, seafood, and lamb and chicken gyros. A selection of tapas and anti-pasta are also on offer.

The setting presents three areas: a circle bar featuring 360-degree views, an intimate dining area, and an al fresco area.

Of course, an additional highlight is the “unmatched 360-degree views of Epic Universe and beyond…”

Head to Bar Helios if…

• You want spectacular views of Epic Universe. The rooftop views offer a completely new perspective on the park, and it was great to enjoy a drink while taking in the scenery of Celestial Park.
• You want a cocktail with light appetizers. A majority of the menu features light bites, such as tapas, which pair perfectly with the cocktails.

Consider a different restaurant if…

• You want a larger meal. If you are looking for less of a lounge-like meal, try Flora Taverna instead!
• The weather is bad. The main draw is the views of Epic Universe, and while you can see them from inside, the best view is on the terrace.

Important Info

Location: Universal Orlando’s Helios Grand Hotel

• Reservations for several of Helios Grand Hotel’s restaurants and sought-after bars including Bar Helios and Flora Taverna are now available online through Resy.
• This location is typically open Sunday through Thursday from 4 PM to 12 AM, and on Friday and Saturday, the hours are 4PM to 1 AM. But be sure to confirm the hours for your visit!
• Parking as a day visitor for Helios Grand Hotel is currently set at $125 plus tax, per vehicle, per day for self-parking, and $128 plus tax, per vehicle, per day for daily valet. OUCH! That’s a hefty parking fee to park at this hotel just to enjoy some eats, but there’s a secret way around this hefty parking price tag you’ll need to know about before you dine here. BUT Universal has shared that ” “Non-registered Guests who dine at Universal Helios Grand Hotel and spend a minimum amount at select venues can have their parking validated. To do this, a minimum of $50 must be spent at Bar Helios and $75 must be spent at Flora Taverna.” Their response also outlines that parking for dining experiences is limited to 4 hours. and if your parking time exceeds that, the normal daily self-parking rate will apply (pricing subject to change).
