Disney World is a magical place where anything can happen, right?
And when we’re talking about magical experiences, we’re talking about things like spotting a celebrity while you’re grabbing a Mickey pretzel or waiting in line for Haunted Mansion. Speaking of celebrities, while most people might dream of catching a glimpse of a huge star like Tom Holland or Taylor Swift strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., but there’s a high chance you might bump into this celebrity on your next trip to Disney World!
A lot’s happening at Disney World, but what’s coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a straight up TON!
There is a new Little Mermaid show and new Villains show coming to the park. The Muppets are leaving Muppets Courtyard in favor of re-theming Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, and Monster’s, Inc. Land is setting up shop in that vacated area. Speaking of Monsters, Inc., since Disney has a habit of trying to be sneaky with their concept art, we thought we’d have ourselves a little looksie and see what they’ve confirmed for the new land without explicitly saying so!
Man, Disney’s Hollywood Studios has a TON going on right now!
Muppets Courtyard is leaving to make way for the brand new Monster’s, Inc. Land. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is getting re-themed to the Muppets. The new Little Mermaid show and the new Villains show are both coming to the park. It’s a lot! And speaking of shows, you know how Disney loves showing us concept art for their new projects? Well, it looks like Disney tried to get a little sneaky, but there was no way that we were going to miss this one glaring announcement in the Monsters, Inc. concept art!
How’s the Christmas list shopping coming along?
If you don’t have this on your list already, and especially since you’re planning your next trip to Disney World, we’ve got to talk about shoes. There’s this one mistake that so many people make when it comes to the shoes people bring to Disney World. We’re talking about not breaking in your shoes long before your trip. The last thing you want is to have your feet covered in blisters because you threw brand new shoes on them and then asked your feet to walk for 20 miles a day at Disney World. You need to make sure the shoes are comfortable and properly broken in before trusting them to support your feet for the thousands upon thousands of steps they’ll be taking daily at the parks. So let’s beat that trend and show you some of the best shoes for Disney World that we could find from Amazon! Let’s jump right in!
Space Mountain. It’s one of the most iconic attractions at Magic Kingdom (that feels like a bit of an understatement, right?)
I mean, it’s a place where screams echo, stars zoom by, and every ride feels like a galactic journey. It’s definitely a Magic Kingdom right of passage ride. But here’s the deal, Space Mountain isn’t just about blasting off into space. It’s also about following the rules. We love Cast Members, and we know they work hard to keep us safe while we’re hurtling through the dark at warp speed. And believe me, they have seen it all. So, for the love of all that is Disney, PLEASE don’t break this one rule the next time you’re boarding your rocket ship!
Let’s face it – Disney’s Hollywood Studios has a lot of stuff going on right now!
They’re going to be re-theming the Muppets Courtyard to the new Monsters, Inc. Land, re-theming Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster to a Muppets Coaster, opening not one, but two new shows (Little Mermaid and a Villains show), and more. But there’s this one attraction that’s feeling like a serious dud right now, and honestly people are over it!
At this point, I’m sure you’ve heard all about the changes that Disney’s about to make to Hollywood Studios!
And of course, we’re talking about how the Muppets Courtyard (RIP) is going to be re-themed to an all-new Monsters, Inc. Land. Now, one of the things that didn’t hit us immediately when we heard the news, like the thought that we may never see Muppet*Vision 3D in the parks again, just came to mind. So let’s have a quick chat about how it’s time for us to say goodbye to one of our favorite bathrooms in all of Hollywood Studios!
