There's a NEW Disney Visa Perk at Hollywood Studios…and You're Gonna Love It!

There’s a new Disney Visa perk at Walt Disney World! In case you didn’t know, Chase Disney Visa Cardholders get some exclusive perks in the Disney Parks for completely free with their debit or credit card.

When we went to Hollywood Studios today, we noticed that there’s a new character meet-and-greet exclusive to Disney Visa Cardholders!

For years, Disney Visa Cardmembers have been able to visit Celebrity Spotlight in Hollywood Studios for an exclusive meet-and-greet. Olaf has been meeting there for almost 10 years, debuting in 2016. So we were very surprised to find that despite the signs advertising a meeting with Olaf, Olaf wasn’t there when we went this morning!

Instead, a furry alien has moved in! Stitch has converted Olaf’s summer beach into a Hawaiian surf spot. We had so much fun meeting Stitch in his Hawaiian lei, and we loved all of the fun details like the Hawaiian flowers and Stitch and Lilo’s surfboards in the background.

We love heading to Celebrity Spotlight to meet characters. While the standby line to meet Olaf was posted as 40 minutes, we walked right into Stitch’s luau with no wait! If you’re missing Olaf after this change, you can still meet him using the standby line. Now, instead of using the Disney Visa Cardmember line as a Lightning Lane, it’s a different character meet-and-greet entirely.

We love that this new meet-and-greet is truly a Disney Visa exclusive since it’s the only place Stitch meets daily in this park! He’ll occasionally pop in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom, but the space rotates daily with Buzz Lightyear, and some days there’s no meet-and-greet at all. Celebrity Spotlight is the only guaranteed way to meet Stitch at Disney World right now, unless you want to pay for a character breakfast at ‘Ohana. We don’t know about you, but we prefer the free route!

The Disney Visa Cardmember meet-and-greet is open every day from 9 AM to 12 PM. To get in, you’ll show your Disney Visa card and head inside, where you’ll meet Stitch and get complimentary photos included. Don’t let the Olaf signage fool you – Stitch is now a real addition to Celebrity Spotlight and will meet there every day for the foreseeable future. Hours are listed as far as the Disney World calendar goes out!
