There’s a Disney World restaurant that’s quietly stealing the spotlight, and most people walk right past it.
We’re always on the hunt for the best meals at Disney World, and sometimes the real winners aren’t the ones plastered all over social media. They’re tucked away in corners you didn’t even know you needed to explore. Today, we’re sharing the “secret” spot everyone should be talking about, plus a couple of honorable mentions that deserve way more hype.
eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs
If you’ve been sleeping on eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs, we need to change that immediately.
This spot feels like a hidden treasure in the Marketplace area. It’s casual, colorful, and packed with bold Indian-inspired flavors that somehow feel both comforting and exciting. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, this place deserves to be packed every single night.
And if you need one more reason to go, they recently added the Last Wish Cake to the dessert menu, and we ran over there the moment we heard about it. It’s a dark chocolate cake topped with toasted marshmallow, graham cracker dust, and white chocolate crispy pearls for $11.95, which makes it essentially a s’more in cake form.
It’s moist, has a lava cake quality with melty chocolate throughout, and the whole thing genuinely smells like toasted marshmallow. The crispy pearls add a great crunch, and the portion is generous enough to share after a big meal. It’s a solid sweet finish to an already incredible dinner, and just one more reason this restaurant deserves to be on your list.
Between the craveable entrees and that cake alone, eet continues to prove it’s one of the best under-the-radar meals at Disney Springs.

Amare at the Swan Reserve
Amare doesn’t come up nearly enough in the Disney dining conversation, and honestly, that’s a little baffling to us. Tucked inside the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, it draws inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients like seafood, citrus, olive oils, pastas, and pitas.
The space itself is light and airy with wood accents and blue tones, and the open kitchen means you can actually watch your meal being prepared, which we love. It’s casual but upscale, and it hits that sweet spot of feeling special without being stuffy.
We recently stopped in for dinner and were blown away. The Ishkabubble Bread, which is their signature house-made pita served with three dips for $19, is an absolute must-order. It comes out the size of a basketball, it’s seasoned beautifully, and the Red Pepper Muhammara Dip alone is worth the trip.
The Grilled Souvlaki with Angus Beef Skewers for $37 was smoky, flavorful, and came with some of the best grilled pita we’ve had on property. We also did the Journey through Greece Wine Flight for $23, and it’s a fantastic way to explore Greek varietals without committing to a full glass.
On top of all of that, the service was genuinely exceptional. If you’re looking for a relaxed but delicious sit-down meal that feels a little off the beaten path, Amare is it.

Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Coronado Springs
Last but absolutely not least is Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago over at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Situated on a small island in the middle of the lake at Coronado Springs, the setting alone makes it worth the detour. But beyond the gorgeous water views and the solid food, there’s a seriously underrated experience happening here that we think more people need to know about: Sangria University.
For between $69 and $79, depending on the time of year, you can spend about two hours learning the history of sangria, tasting a flight of four house-made sangrias, and then crafting your very own custom blend. The flight includes a sparkling blackberry, a tart white, a sweet rosé, and a traditional red, and your guide walks you through the surprisingly fascinating history of sangria, including its connection to the 1964-1965 World’s Fair, which Walt Disney himself had attractions at. Then you get to build your own sangria from a selection of wines, liquors, and 24 different juice options.
We went with white wine, triple sec, and POG juice, and it was exactly the fruity, refreshing drink we were hoping for. You’ll also get a diploma and a photo op at the end, which is a very fun touch. It’s a great experience to do solo or with a group, and it’s the kind of thing you really can’t find anywhere else on a Disney vacation.
