We are huge Disney+ fans! Disney+ is Disney’s streaming subscription service, where you can catch tons of Disney films, Marvel movies, and more.

We have been subscribers since the service launched in 2019, so we know a thing or two about the service and its perks. Now, Disney has quietly updated the service’s subscriber agreement, but how does that impact you?
In an email to current subscribers, Disney shared that several changes are coming to the agreement. There are several changes, but three in particular were highlighted. First, they are clarifying details related to billing and payment processes, including the definitions of subscription terms and billing periods.

Second, they are adding information to clarify how cancellation works and when cancellation is effective. This doesn’t mean your subscription is canceled; it just means it’s clearer how and when you will cancel your subscription.

Finally, they are adding information related to gift cards purchased through ESPN. Disney+ gift cards can be a great way to help yourself (or someone else) enjoy classic Disney films and new Marvel movies, Star Wars shows, and more.

Disney shared that the new terms are in effect now for new subscribers. For prior and existing subscribers, the new terms will start on March 25th, 2026, unless you go to the app and acknowledge these changes earlier. This shouldn’t impact you or your subscription, so no worries there!

I was told Disneyland is planning on removing the pavers in the pavilion between Disneyland and California Adventure. Have you heard anything about that? I have my family’s paver there can we have it if this news is true?
