We Finally Know What Is Going in This Abandoned Store at Disney Springs

After over two years, a once-abandoned Disney Springs location is about to welcome a highly anticipated restaurant!

The Art of Shaving at The Landing in Disney Springs closed PERMANENTLY in 2024, and its absence has been notable ever since. Before it closed on January 2nd, 2024, this store was a premier men’s grooming shop that offered luxury shaving products and a high-end barber spa for haircuts and shaves — done by trained master barbers. The empty building has remained in Disney Springs all this time, but it will soon be occupied as early as this year!

In January 2026, Disney announced that a new restaurant would soon be coming to the space formerly occupied by The Art of Shaving. Six Ravens will be a new offering from Gideon’s Bakehouse and is expected to open sometime in 2026!

Opening just a few doors down from Gideon’s in The Landing, will offer a menu featuring fun goodies like hand pies that Six Ravens calls Coffyns.

Something new is coming!

Gideon’s founder Steve Lewis said the new restaurant would focus on savory offerings, and that these “Coffyns” are “old school hand pies” featuring fluffy yeast bread “pastries filled with flavors created not only by the talented minds in Gideon’s kitchen but also by some of your favorite Orlando culinary superstars.”

Additionally, we know that the restaurant will serve up savory potatoes, local draft beer, and some tasty desserts.

An opening date has yet to be announced, but rest assured that progress on the newly refurbished space is already noticeable.
