Disney World Annual Passholders sometimes get to have ALL the fun, but that’s just part of the perks of being a Passholder. Not only do you get into the theme parks, but you also get things like free magnets, discounts on shopping and dining, exclusive merchandise, and more.

Carrot Cake Sundae

However, Disney World Passholders often get their own exclusive snacks, and a new exclusive snack just arrived in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! All we can say is we’re sorry if you’re not a Passholder because this new snack is GREAT.

Meet the Carrot Cake Sundae from Terra Treats, which blends carrot cake with an ice cream sundae, and y’all, it’s BRILLIANT. For $8.99, you get vanilla, ice cream, caramel sauce, roasted pecans, and carrot cake crumbs in a waffle bowl topped with birthday cake-flavored shell and chocolate carrot top. It’s also ADORABLE.

It’s so cute

For starters, this is hand-scooped vanilla ice cream, which we LOVE. You don’t get a heavy pecan flavor, but it’s still got some nuttiness. The birthday cake shell mostly tastes of vanilla, but it’s not too sweet. We also like that it adds a nice crunch to the sundae. The waffle cone is tasty and crispy, and adds another layer of texture. The carrot cake is the star, though, with the flavors of spices, predominantly cinnamon. SO good. There’s also caramel sauce hiding underneath the shell for a little surprise taste of extra sweetness.

So many great flavors

We know carrot cake isn’t something everyone loves, but we’re big fans, and it works so well with this ice cream sundae. If you’re looking for a cold sweet treat in Animal Kingdom…and you’re an Annual Passholder…we recommend giving it a try. But hurry…it’s only available through March 15th.

Also, can we just say how happy we are that hand scooped ice cream and cookie ice cream sandwiches (yep, you can get cookie ice cream sandwiches here, too!) have returned to Animal Kingdom? When Dino-Bite Snacks closed forever, we weren’t sure if we’d ever be able to get that again.
