JUST ANNOUNCED: An Exclusive Disney World Hotel Event Is Coming Soon

Disney Vacation Club members have a romantic Valentine’s Day surprise ahead of them!

Being a Disney Vacation Club Member comes with tons of perks for dining, hotel stays, events, and more! Now, there’s a new DVC event happening very soon for a limited-time only. Let’s take a peek at what it could be!

Disney Vacation Club is offering a Valentine’s Day–themed experience called the Disney Vacation Club Meet & Treat. This event will take place inside the Convention Center at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, offering DVC members the chance to enjoy sweet treats and meet with Disney characters.

A new DVC experience is on the way!

The exclusive event will be held on select dates in February. The dates include:

February 2nd
February 3rd
February 9th
February 10th

The event will run on those dates from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It could be a great way to take a break from a long day in the parks!

Who’s ready for a Valentine’s Day secret?

This exclusive Valentine’s Day Meet & Treat is only available to eligible DVC members. Members who are planning on attending must have a qualifying reservation booked within their eligible membership at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Disney World or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on the same date as the event.

That being said, there is no event registration is required. All members have to do is simply show up during event hours with their valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and a photo ID — so don’t forget those!

2024 Valentine’s Day at Disney’s Boardwalk

We advise you to arrive earlier, as the event will have a capacity limit. You’re obviously way less likely to run into that issue if you’re there first. Once capacity is reached, there will be a standby line available. However, there’s a chance the line could be closed depending on the demand and the time.

Membership Magic

Just to provide more specifics, the event will be in the Fantasia Ballroom West Salons & Pastorals on the main level of Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center. Hotel parking will NOT be available, so plan accordingly. Disney World does have lots of transportation options! Be on the lookout for event signage near the Convention Center entrance and follow directions toward the West Rotunda.

DVC events are the best!

Each Membership Card allows the member to bring up to four guests, or the number of guests listed on their resort reservation, whichever is fewer. Every attendee who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Also, the member listed on the Digital Membership Card MUST be present to check in. Again, just make sure to be aware of all that!
