Disney World is VERY expensive, but fortunately, there are often discounts you can take advantage of to lower the cost of your stay. This is especially true if you’re planning to stay on property!
Disney recently announced some new discounts that are fantastic for saving money, but did you know that there are some deals you can stack? It’s not all of them, but we’re here to walk you through exactly which of Disney’s new deals can be stacked with others, and what ones are only available to be used on their own — let’s save you some money!
The first of Disney’s newest hotel deals can save you up to 30% on select Disney Resort hotels for stays most nights from May 1st through October 4th, 2026 for 5 or more consecutive nights, and up to 25% for stays of 1 to 4 consecutive nights. The key here is to go into the fine print of the deal, where it specifically says, “Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion, except for the 2026 Kids Dining Plan Offer.”
In fact, the same is true for Disney’s other new deals, which are :
- Florida Residents can save up to 35% on stays of 4 nights or longer from May 1st to July 29th, 2026
- Annual Passholders can save up to 40% on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels this summer
- The Add Free Days to Your Stay Deal, where you can get two free room nights and theme park days when you purchase a select 4-night, 4-day (or longer) Walt Disney Travel Company room and ticket package
All of these discounts can only be combined with the 2026 Kids Dining Plan Offer, but for those of you traveling with kids aged 3-9, this can lock in HUGE savings for you.
But what IS the 2026 Kids Dining Plan Offer, you ask? Well, when you purchase a Walt Disney Travel Company package for you and your children that includes a room at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and a dining plan for each Guest ages 10 and up, you’ll get a Kids Dining Plan FOR FREE! That means your kiddo could basically be dining for free each day of your vacation, and those are huge savings. Now, kids do have to choose from the Kids’ Menu, when it’s available, and if you purchase the Quick Service Dining Plan, your kiddo will get a free Quick Service Dining Plan as well (and the same can be said for the regular dining plan). You do NOT have to book the more expensive dining plan just to get this deal.
Whenever you’re looking into discounts, we always encourage reading that fine print to see if it can be combined with anything else. Why not get all the savings you can, right? However, if it all seems a little overwhelming, we recommend asking our travel agent friends at Small World Vacations for help! They’re extremely knowledgeable and will help you get the best price possible for your vacation.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated with all the latest Disney World discount news, so stay tuned to DFB!
