There are lots of perks you can experience when flying with Delta — more spacious and comfortable seating and in-flight entertainment on many flights, just to name a few
This is especially true for those of you who are Delta One members, which is one of Delta’s most premium cabins. On long-haul flights, you’ll be able to lie completely flat to get the rest you need, but you can also start the relaxation process before you even get on board with Delta One Check-In. As it turns out, Delta has recently expanded its Delta One Check-In operations, and it’s going to make travel even EASIER for lots of people.
The airline’s Delta One Check-In experience has now been expanded to be available at ALL Delta hub airports in the United States! It’s now available at the airports located in the following cities:
- Atlanta (ATL): International Terminal, inside Door 2
- Boston (BOS): Terminal E, level 2 departures, inside Door E205
- Detroit (DTW): McNamara Terminal, departures level, enter Door 4; Delta One sliding doors left of TSA and CLEAR
- Los Angeles (LAX): Terminal 3, lower arrivals level near pillars 3F and 3G
- Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP): across road from terminal entrance, accessible via “Flex Lane” for departures, Door 8
- New York-JFK (JFK): Terminal 4, departures level, Door B, steps from curb
- Salt Lake City (SLC): Main Terminal, level 1 / arrivals, enter Door L2; adjacent to TSA screening
- Seattle (SEA): Main Terminal, ground floor near departures drop‑off, Door 13
What does this Delta One Check-In experience actually get you, though? Greg Forbes, managing director of airport experience, said, “Delta One Check-In sets the tone for each one of our Delta One customers to begin experiencing their elevated journey from the moment they arrive at the airport. It builds on the efficiency and consistency with a welcoming, calm environment that reflects Delta’s signature care and hospitality.”
While the layout of each Delta One Check-In varies due to the layout of the airport it’s located in, at each one, you’ll experience:
- Personalized assistance from Premium Service ambassadors
- Expedited check-in and bag drop
- Comfortable seating and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere
- Refreshing light bites and beverages
- At JFK and LAX, there is private Delta One security that leads directly to each respective Delta One Lounge
