When you think of Orlando theme parks celebrating the holiday season, you likely think of Universal Orlando and Disney World, but we’re here to tell you that you can’t leave out Legoland Florida!
We were invited to check out all that Legoland has to offer for the holidays, and we gotta say, you won’t be disappointed! Between specially themed holiday snacks, entertainment, meet and greets, and more, there’s so much you won’t want to miss out on.
Legoland Florida invited us to check out their offerings for the holiday season, and the fun started right when we walked up with these fun decorations, all made out of LEGOs.
Also near the front was a LEGO Santa, sleigh, and reindeer, where you could take photos. Talk about adorable!
This is also where we spotted the LEGO holiday tree, which would have its official tree lighting by the end of the night.
We also passed by a LEGO person dressed as a reindeer, who was surrounded by brightly dressed elves! They were super energetic and fun, and we loved that you could grab a quick picture with them, if you wanted.
Overall, the decorations around the park were wonderful — we couldn’t get over how cute it all was.
Then it was time for some special treats, so we stopped by Legoland Coffee Co. for two of their holiday offerings. To drink, we tried the Let It Snow-Coa for $15.29, which comes in a reusable cup!
We could not get over how ADORABLE the snowman on the top was! He was made of marshmallow, pretzel sticks, a Oreo, sour belt scarf, and candy details. He’s really the reason you’re likely grabbing this treat — for the sole photogenic nature of him, as well as the fact that you get to keep the cup.
While the drink itself was just standard powdered hot chocolate mix, thinner and less chocolatey than the Nestlé cocoa we’ve had at Isle of Java in Disney World, it’s topped with a thick marshmallow cream that split the difference between whipped cream and frosting, and was absolutely delicious. Mixing that into the rest of the drink is the way to go, in our opinion!
We also grabbed the Peppermint Cheesecake Pop for $10.49.
This is a rich, plain cheesecake slice coated in a thick shell of white and milk chocolate. The outer layer has that hard candy texture that makes it sweet, glossy, and a little separate from the cheesecake itself, but still tastes great together. The light sprinkle of crushed peppermint adds crunch and just enough flavor without overpowering the chocolate or the cheesecake, so consider us a fan!
Once we were fueled up on sugar, we headed over to do some of the meet and greets available for the holiday season. We started with LEGO Santa with his LEGO North Pole backdrop and sleigh…
…then headed over to meet the LEGO Gingerbread Man. His backdrop was just a photo of what looked like a LEGO gingerbread house, but we still loved the look.
Finally, we didn’t get to meet the LEGO Snowman, but did get to see him perform with his friends in a high-energy show! Don’t discount the live entertainment offerings here, that’s for sure.
Finally, it was time for the tree lighting, which is also where Legoland revealed that the opening date of their new ride, Galacticoaster, will be February 27th, 2026! They didn’t just say it, though — they brought out some new friends from the ride, and announced the date with a drone show.
It was a great way to close out the night, and we had a great time! We think this is a great option for families who have younger kiddos who are more into LEGOs than say Disney or Universal IP, or maybe you all want a slightly smaller park to explore that isn’t as overwhelming. Or, if you’ve experienced Disney and Universal’s holiday offerings and want something a little different, we think this is lots of fun for all ages.
