We’ve got huge news for fans of French fries — more specifically, McDonald’s French fries.

A new Grinch Meal is hitting McDonald’s restaurants in the United States soon, which will feature some iconic favorites plus a brand-new menu item: McShaker Fries! What, exactly, are McShaker Fries, you ask? Don’t worry, we’ve got ALL the info!
In case you’re unfamiliar, shaker fries — or shake shake fries, as they’re sometimes called — are hugely popular in Asia, Europe, and Australia. Essentially, they’re French fries served with a separate seasoning packet that you’re supposed to shake onto your fries and then shake it all up in a bag. Well, get ready, because McDonald’s is dropping McShaker Fries as part of its NEW Grinch Meal!

The fries are served with dill pickle seasoning in a packet on the side, and customers can toss the fries and seasoning together in a McShaker bag to create the final product.
As far as the rest of the items go, the Grinch Meal will feature:
- Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets
- Dill Pickle “Grinch Salt” McShaker Fries
- A Medium Drink
- A pair of Grinch and McDonald’s themed socks (available in red, blue, yellow, and green)

The Grinch Meal will be available at participating McDonald’s locations nationwide starting on December 2nd, 2025, and prices vary by restaurant.
We don’t know about you, but we’ll definitely be grabbing this new meal so we can try those McShaker Fries! And, of course, we can’t pass up an opportunity for a new pair of socks!
