Disney just gave us a FIRST LOOK inside it’s upcoming Zootopia attraction!

Disney World’s parks have changed a lot lately, with ongoing construction and entire lands being revamped. Sometimes it feels like there are so many projects up in the air that it’s hard to keep track of them all together! But, soon we’ll finally get to step inside one of the biggest updates to a Disney World attraction that we’ve been very excited about for literally years — and Disney’s giving us a sneak peek of what we can anticipate seeing once inside.

We’ve been eagerly anticipating the debut of Zootopia: Better Zoogether! at Disney’s Animal Kingdom ever since it was first announced. Now that the former attraction has been closed for some time, and we’ve started seeing evidence of the changes we can anticipate when the new show debuts in a few short weeks, Disney’s giving us a sneak peek into what we’ll expect to see inside.

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will officially open on November 7th inside the Tree of Life Theater. It’s a “4D” show you won’t want to miss, about the residents of Zootopia gearing up for Zoogether Day, which is a citywide celebration. On this special day, all kinds of animals join together to bring us along for rousing performances from several of the diverse biomes you’ll find within Zootopia. During this show, the Tree of Life Theater is the epicenter of Zoogether Day, where we’ll be introduced for the first time to the fast-talking, loud-howling wolf host Heidi Howler, presenting a watch party where the audience will catch all the festivities via livestream.

And that includes all of us in the audience as we’re invited to join the celebration, too! Once inside the theater, we’ll put on our “Carrot Vision” glasses, which will allow us to become part of the watch party experience, and watch for some of your favorite characters from Zootopia and Zootopia 2 to “jump” off the screen … except for Gazelle’s number one fan and off-duty ZPD officer, Benjamin Clawhauser! This lovable fan with be featured as a sophisticated audio-animatronic right inside the theater, and Disney is giving us our first look at him!

While we might be more family with Clawhauser donning his signature ZPD (Zootopia Police Department) uniform, this celebration gives us our first glimpse of him during his off-duty activities. When you arrive at the Zoogether Day watch party, you can expect to find him decked out from head to tail with a brand-new look, which will include glow necklaces, bracelets, and his favorite, glittery Gazelle tee shirt.

This larger-than-life fan’s biggest wish is to be picked as the V.I.Z. (Very Important Zootopian – the lucky mammal who will get special access to the Zoogether Day performers). Just be careful if that doesn’t work out according to plan, because Clawhauser has a backup plan to take matters into his own paws!

We’re so excited to be learning even more about Disney World’s new Zootopia attraction, and we’re literally on the edge of our seats, counting down the days until its opening soon.
