Dining in Disney World can mean a lot of things!

There are some amazing snacks, table services tend to blow us away, and quick services can have some serious standouts. Disney often does limited-time treats as well, especially around the holidays. Recently, we wandered over to Disney Springs to try 3 limited-time snacks and sips that we think you might need to check out.
eet by Maneet Chauhan has become a huge favorite of ours in Disney Springs! This quick-service restaurant was opened by James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network star Maneet Chauhan with hospitality entrepreneur (and Chauhan’s husband) Vivek Deora.

We’ve had lunch with Maneet before!
eet is located in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs (close to Earl of Sandwich and Rainforest Cafe), and it serves up traditional flavors with modern flair. During our recent visit, we tried 3 of their limited-time Halloween-inspired items, starting with the Monster Mein for $14.95!

We added chicken to ours for an extra $6.49. It’s made with Lo-mein Noodles, Green Peas, Carrots, and coated with Lava Garlic Umami Sauce, which is made with Garlic Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and Mustard Oil. Trust us when we say this thing was SPICY! After our first bite, we wanted to sprint to find a glass of milk, and we could handle some spice. The chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and juicy.

It really helped to cut through the spice, which we were appreciative of. There are tons of vegetables in this, but the peas and carrots were cooked to perfection. They weren’t mushy and blended well with the noodles. The heat is something you won’t be able to get past in this dish, so don’t underestimate it like we did. There was also a super strong garlic kick, so pack your gum if you want this. In all fairness, the Cast Members even tried to warn us when we ordered it.

For our second dish, we tried the Enchanted Noodles for $14.95! This was made with Lo-mein Noodles, Green Peas, Carrots, and finished with an Enchanted Umami Glaze made with Hoisin, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and Mustard Oil. This is the dish to get if you can’t handle the heat or the garlic.

These noodles were so well-cooked, and texturally they reminded us of the noodles from ‘Ohana, but a bit more firm. They are coated in the sauce, which leans on the sweeter side, similar to a teriyaki sauce. It is a sweeter version of a teriyaki sauce, though! We’re honestly prepared to call this dish our “Ohana Disney Springs Hack.” We hate that they’re only here for a limited time.

To wash it all down, we grabbed the Monster Mash-Tini for $15.95. We absolutely loved this guy! We got to pick the color of our cup and the character on top, which we loved. It’s essentially a green apple martini that’s been frozen. It made us feel like we were bobbing for apples in the best way.

If you’ve ever had a Caramel Apple Pop, you can imagine just what this drink tasted like. There was almost no alcoholic taste in it, which can be dangerous, but it’s not a bad thing. It was sweet, fruity, and had us ready for Halloween!

We were blown away (and caught off guard) but how much we enjoyed these three options! eet’s website doesn’t clarify how long these three will be around, but it’s a safe bet to assume they’ll only be around until October 31st.
