Disney Springs is home to some of the most deliciously unique treats, and Salt & Straw is no exception.

Salt & Straw Disney Springs
Known for its inventive and unexpected ice cream flavors, this shop takes ice cream to a whole new level. They use high-quality ingredients with playful twists that keep fans (and us!) coming back for more. From savory-sweet combos to limited-edition seasonal creations, every scoop is a little adventure for your taste buds, and now they have teamed up with Taco Bell to bring something back to life.
If you grew up dreaming about the legendary Choco Taco, get ready to have your nostalgia cravings satisfied. Taco Bell has teamed up with artisan ice cream brand Salt & Straw to bring back the Tacolate, a decadent twist on the iconic dessert. Imagine a crunchy waffle cone taco filled with cinnamon ancho chili ice cream, dipped in rich single-origin chocolate, and finished with toasted brown rice for that extra crunch. It’s a flavor-packed treat that’s equal parts childhood throwback and adult indulgence.
Each taco is served with two custom sauces: Mango Jalapeño for a sweet-and-spicy kick, and Wildberry Cinnamon for a fruity, warm contrast. Whether you drizzle, dip, or bite straight into the taco, these sauces add an extra layer of fun and flavor that will keep your taste buds guessing. It’s a dessert that’s as interactive as it is delicious.

These went available on Friday, October 3rd. The tacos will be available at participating Salt & Straw locations across Oregon, Washington, California, New York, Florida, Nevada, Arizona, and New England, as well as online through Salt & Straw’s website. However, as of Sunday, October 5th, only 3 locations still have them: Abbott Kinney, Larchmont, and Studio City. The rest are sold out for now, but Salt and Straw let everyone breathe, and they will be making more!
