EPCOT's Secret World Showcase Lounge Is BACK for the Food and Wine Festival!

EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival is here, and there’s so much to explore.

What’s going on in the Morocco Pavilion?

There are over 35 food booths to visit, hundreds of special food and drink offerings only available through the end of the festival (November 22nd), not to mention the Eat to the Beat concert series you can jam to throughout the festival. However, there’s a SECRET lounge that’s returning this year that will be ESSENTIAL for keeping yourself cool and hydrated throughout your park day.

The Florida Blue Medicare Lounge is located in the Morocco Pavilion in what used to be Restaurant Marrakesh, and we’re so thrilled it’s back this year! This lounge is an air-conditioned paradise that gives you a great break from the heat and crowds at Food and Wine.

…not to mention there are also some art activities for you to enjoy as well. It’s great for people of all ages!

The best part? The Florida Blue Medicare Lounge is open to everyone! However, you do have to register if you want to enter, which can be done in a few ways. You can search for Florida Blue Lounge in the My Disney Experience app, which will direct you to their site, and you’ll put in the information they ask for, or you can visit the Florida Blue website and fill out this form on the lounge page. Registration requires you to provide your name, email address (giving consent to Florida Blue to send you marketing), and zip code. You must also be 18 or older to register.

A great way to relax!

The lounge is open from 12–6 PM each day; however, there’s another important perk to note if you’re interested in seeing the Eat to the Beat concert series artist on that particular day. The lounge gives out a total of 75 wristbands each day on a first-come, first-served basis for the three shows (25 per show), which will guarantee you a seat at that night’s show! Only one wristband per person is allowed per day, and on days where more popular artists are performing, we have a feeling a lot of people will be rope dropping this spot.
