Well, if you’re in the Orlando area around August 26th, you could learn mixology at an Orlando restaurant that’s been recommended by Michelin for three years in a row. Yes, Orlando’s Four Flamingos is hosting a mixology class…and you’re all invited!

That’s right, you could learn some master mixology techniques and work with premium ingredients with Four Flamingos’ Chief Mixologist Macarena Portales and Hard Truth Distilling Co. to impress your family, friends, and neighbors (or just yourself). The class is $65 per person and happens on August 26th at 3 PM. You’ll also get to explore Hard Truth’s bourbon, whiskey, and rye, plus indulge in some light bites. Food and drinks? Sign us up!

You’ll even learn how to craft a Flamingo Peach Mint Julep, which sounds AMAZING. Here’s the full menu for the event:

• Hard Truth, High Road Rye — Paired with maple and black pepper spiced country style ribs, apricot & jicama slaw
• Sweet Mash Rye — Paired with grilled peach & goat cheese brûlée salad, honey truffle vinaigrette
• Sweet Mash Wheated Bourbon — Paired with black pepper crusted N.Y. strip, hot honey carrot purée & smoked avocado chimichurri
• Sweet Mash Bourbon — Paired with toffee Cheesecake, pecan coffee crust & Amarena cherries

We’ve been to this restaurant (many times) before, so trust us when we say it’s a GREAT spot to visit outside of Disney World.
