If you’re planning a trip to Magic Kingdom this fall or winter, there’s an important schedule change you’ll want to be aware of.

Magic Kingdom

If you are staying at a Disney World Deluxe resort, you have access to some great perks. You are steps away from great restaurants, fun amenities, and even more time in the parks. Of course, all Disney World resort guests have Early Theme Park Entry 30 minutes before every park opens; however, Deluxe resort guests have access to Extended Evening Hours. Although that will change later this year at Magic Kingdom!

Extended Evening Hours are a special Walt Disney World perk that lets eligible guests stay in select theme parks for an extra two hours after regular closing time. With fewer people in the park, it’s a great way to enjoy popular attractions with shorter waits. This benefit is available only to guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villas, and a few other select hotels, such as the Swan, Dolphin. Guests also need valid park admission. However, on certain nights, like when Magic Kingdom hosts special ticketed parties, this perk shifts to other parks.

Spooky Space Mountain

Magic Kingdom will NOT host Extended Evening hours on these nights of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party:

• August: 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29

• September: 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30

• October: 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30, 31

EVERYTHING We Know About the 2025 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Magic Kingdom will NOT host Extended Evening Hours on these nights of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party:

• November: 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 28, 30

• December: 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21
