However, from August 14th through September 16th, Disney hosts its Welcome Home Weeks, and with this event, DVC members get even MORE perks, including FREE snacks (yep, FREE) plus 40% off select table service restaurants in Disney World.
Welcome Home Weeks is Disney’s limited-time celebration of all things DVC, and members can get some exclusive deals, experiences, and bigger discounts during this time. First up, DVC members can get FREE Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, ice cream sandwiches, or fruit bars at select locations across Disney World, Disneyland, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. FREE snacks? Yes, please!
Speaking of free snacks, DVC members can grab a free Welcome Home Week donut from Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew in Disney Springs.
You can also get free candy or popcorn when you watch Movies Under the Stars at select Disney World hotels or while watching movies on board Disney Cruise Line ships.
DVC members can also attend the Welcome Home Wakeup at select Disney resorts, which invites members to have coffee and a morning treat with other members at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge in Disney World and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel in Disneyland.
DVC Members will also get exclusive character meet and greets at Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani Resort, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort.
Perhaps the best perk is that DVC members can get 40% off food and non-alcoholic drinks at the following Disney World restaurants:
